When you sign up for Homeowner Perks, you agree to receive "RELISHOME" newsletters and magazines, which grants you access to all Homeowner Perks.  We may also periodically send additional emails and text messages to let you know about special perks.

Specials may be canceled at any time and are for subscribers only. No cash value. Not transferable.  If you choose the water heater special, your information will be forwarded to our trusted professional(s) and someone will contact you within 24 business hours.  Our trusted professionals are independent contractors.  This service is offered as a courtesy and no guarantees are made as to the price or workmanship that will be performed.  If the work is not performed to your satisfaction, a resolution must be made between you and the independent contractor. The homeowner assumes all liability and may not hold any person associated with Homeowner Perks or Keller Williams® responsible or liable for any reason.  Homeowner Perks is not affiliated with the professionals that are recommended.  Recommendations are based on past performance and are not an indication or guarantee of future performance.

Welcome perks are for homeowners who are new subscribers only.  Only one subscriber per household is permitted.  One perk per household may be selected.  If the free shawl, wallet or mini cleaning cloth is selected, it will be mailed or delivered to the subscriber's address, at the discretion of the presenter.  If the free 11x14 with $199.00 purchase is selected, the subscriber's information will be forwarded to Michelle Davina Photography and they will provide further information on options for setting up the photo session.  If the free slice of cake is selected, a certificate will be emailed to the subscriber along with a code that can be used at check out within 14 days of the date the certificate is emailed.  The free slice of cake is valid for in-store purchases only.  No cash value.  No refunds.  No change will be given for any item selected that is less than the value of the certificate.
